Many hosting companies do not offer proxy hosting, and it’s difficult to find a suitable web hosting to run a CGI or PHP proxy server.

Why hosing providers disallow proxy sites? Because that proxy servers use huge amount of CPU, Memory resources and bandwidth, with very little traffic. So most hosting companies declared “disallow proxy sites” in their TOS(Term of Service).

Now, We must call our attention to those frauds in hosting business who said they providing proxy hosting but you can never get!
